I've always been saying that Macromedia Flash is my first love. Simply because, this has been the tool I started with and have been using it for so many things to do, from logo creation to sophisticated presentations. Every new version brings something I already wished for. And the latest filters in Flash 8 are one of such things. Have a look at this character I drew. You can see "Blur" effect coming into play. ;)
